We started with understanding the founders’ vision for the future and they’re “why”. Mehrshad and Maryam founded Brazillian Hair in 2003 and have since grown it into Kuwait’s #1 hair salon. Wanting to grow their business across the Middle East, they contacted us. We decided to focus on two strategies:
1- Automating their booking processes :
Automating their booking services has allowed BH to collect and use valuable customer information. BH has since increased its customer lifetime value and now customizes its services to each guest to increase return rates.
2- Creating a BH online store.
We created for BH their very own online store and connected it to their salon’s inventory at hand. They now sell their own branded cosmetics products along with other luxury brands.
